This is not a policy written to satisfy a regulator. It is a description of how this website actually behaves.
This website collects no personal data about its visitors. None at all.
There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, no cookie, and no analytics script anywhere on this site. Nothing you do here is recorded, measured, or associated with you.
That is a deliberate architectural decision, not an oversight. The practice advises on communication, not on harvesting attention, and the site was built to hold that standard.
Not one cookie is set — not for sessions, not for preferences, not for security. This is why you were never shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording. Visitor numbers are not measured at all.
No page on this site accepts input. There is no field to type into and no address to submit data to, so nothing can be transmitted to us by accident.
Fonts, scripts, and images are served from this site's own server. Your browser contacts no other company while loading these pages, so no third party ever sees your IP address.
The public site has no login, no registration, and no user records. The private administration area is reachable only by the practice itself.
Nothing here is advertising-funded, and no data is sold, shared, rented, or transferred to anyone for any purpose.
One link on this site leads off it: the scheduling page, which is operated by a third party. It loads nothing here and is only reached if you click it. Whatever you enter once you are there is handled under that provider's own privacy terms, not ours.
One honest exception, and the limits placed on it.
Like every web server on the internet, the machine hosting this site may write ordinary access logs — typically an IP address, a timestamp, and which page was requested. This is a technical necessity for keeping a server running and defending it from attack.
These logs are never opened to study visitors, never turned into statistics, never combined with anything else, and never shared. They are kept only briefly and then discarded.
An email is a conversation, not a database entry.
If you choose to write, your message reaches us the way any email does: from your mail provider to ours. It does not pass through this website, and it is not copied into any system, CRM, or mailing list.
Correspondence is read personally and treated as confidential. It is kept only as long as the conversation is live, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Because no data is collected, there is normally nothing to access, correct, or erase. If you have written to us and would like that correspondence deleted — or want to know what, if anything, is held — say so and it will be handled without conditions. Write to:
